* I set up the flow behavior switch. So now you can switch between inflow and outflow fluid flow objects. In addition to the switch, I also added a check box to control when the inflow is enabled and when not. It is similar to the elbeem "Enabled" check box so you can use it with keyframes. * I am still not sure if we really need the 3rd flow behavior option "Static" (only use given geometry for flow). Theoretically it is just a special case of inflow where there is only inflow for frame one. In practice, however, it is a heavily used option for liquids and it would be cumbersome to always set keyframes for that effect.

* Cleaned up some legacy files that I planned on using but did not. ({{GitCommit|rB5b98fce170a7}})

* Reordered some UI settings. I am basically trying to to group Elbeem and smoke settings panels into one. ({{GitCommit|rB4b6d9f0a8d62}})

* Some maintenance:
** Update Mantaflow files
** Merge with master (it's been a long time since last merge)
** Rebase Mantaflow repository and check what could potentially go into Mantaflow master

* I have not started the documentation yet. It needs to be done and so this will have priority.

* Continue updating the fluid UI (zeauro sent me a nice mock-up :)
