Installation instructions seem to be incomplete. This page instructs users to find the addon within blender, but as of 04-23-14 at 21:40 UTC time, blender 2.70a does not include this addon as described. That means there are no instructions for installing it.<br />

I suggest using this text, from this wiki site: "Alternatively you can manually install an Add-On. An Add-On is considered installed when it is located in the ../scripts/addons folder (where .. is the path to your Blender configuration folder). Simply moving the Add-On into that folder is enough."
