I18n:

  • Updated branches and trunk, and french translation.

  • Committed the UI Translation addon (allows translating UI messages directly from Blender).

Week 19

I18n:

  • Updated branches and trunk, and french translation (we reached the 15000 messages this week!).

Trunk:

  • Refactored flags passed to apply modifier functions (now using a single, easy-extendable bit-flag var).
  • Added align option to “snap to verts/edges/faces”, for bones in Pose mode.
  • Fixed a few bugs…

Not in trunk:

  • Spent some hours trying to definitively fix bugs [#31333], [#30438], [#27675], [#23954], etc., by porting the whole func to doubles, but it shows no difference… Probably a limitation due to using float matrices, so I guess we’ll have to live with that half-good stuff for some times.

Week 18

I18n:

  • Updated i18n branches and trunk, as well as french translation.
  • Added Hungarian language.
  • Updated i18n doc on wiki.

Trunk:

  • A few minor fixes.
  • Refactored rearrange verts/edges/faces into a single op, with as much common code as possible (also adds options for vertices and edges).
  • Fixed undocumented operators (and a bug with macro tooltips).

  • Added Ukrainian language back.

I18n:

  • Done some BMESH_TODO over rearrange vertices operators (sort/randomize).
  • From above point, added a bmesh function to remap vertices/edges/faces of a bmesh…

  • Enabled align snapping for bones in Pose mode (post-2.63).

Week 13

I18n:

  • Updated i18n branches and trunk, as well as french translation.
  • Removed es_MX, renamed pt_BR to simply pt.

  • Fixed a few bugs regarding sequencer, add_torus py ops, UI messages, modifiers’ stack, kyrgyz language…
  • Done a few BMESH_TODO (mainly in py scripts, tessface to loop/poly).

  • Updated armature pose bone rot/scale parent patch.

Week 12

I18n:

  • Updated i18n branches and trunk, as well as french translation.
  • Done some small fixes/edits over po’s scripts, among which adding an option to pre-add (and hence avoid numerous dummy new "fuzzy" messages) messages from existing one, when adding/changing contexts.

Trunk:

  • Ultimately fixed [#30438].
  • As part of [#30614], added a basic bounding box compute & draw for armatures. However, as Aligorith suggested, would be nice to also work on custom bones’ shapes bb…
  • As a first, “cleanup” step for modstack preview improvement, renamed CD_WEIGHT_MCOL & co to CD_PREVIEW_MCOL.

Not in trunk:

  • Resumed work over modstack improvement.

Week 11

Wow! Ended up as a big week!

Trunk:

  • Finished and committed hairy mesh validate code for bmesh!
  • Committed bmesh modstack patch, which fixes various problems with CD layers for tessellated faces.
  • i18n: Committed patch for adding translation context to RNA structs (needed for operators!), also adding first “Operator” context and doing some cleanup in i18n code.
  • Some fixes to UI messages.
  • One or two bug fixes and code style cleanup.

I18n:

  • Updated i18n branches and trunk, as well as french translation.
  • Done some small fixes/edits over po’s scripts.

Not in trunk:

  • Updates on armature pose bone rotscale parent patch. Fixed rot/scale parenting with multiple splits. It now also simplifies RNA parenting code, by reusing same function as in editors/armature/editarmature.c (behavior was incoherent, and buggy with new rot/scale parents [segfaults]).
