Language templates

Hi there,

I've seen that you modified the flagsrow template, but this is hanging the wiki, because that template is used all over the manual and this takes time to be updated.

There aren't page in macedonian at the moment, so best practise is to first write some pages in you language in the sandbox, then we can add those flag in the header, not the opposite...

For now please avoid editing languages templates, we will add flags after we see evidence of your work in this new language, thanks!
