span on the pagename in header

before we put a span there, we need to have:

• just one h1 per page, with meaningful text
  • no "introduction", or "nodes"
  • no missing page title
  • no more that one = foo = per page
  • focused on the page content
  • if page is too long split it (like we did with extrude page)
  • no important titles in anchors
