Icon Activated Operator Window in Create And Tools Tabs

Current Issues

The Operator Panel is at the bottom of the tabs with a lot of items in the tabs it create lot of scrolling.

My Proposal uses the icon next to the text item to call the Operator Window. It does not take any extra space and adds mouse function to the icons as a alternative for 'F6' hotkey.

Added all Add Menu Items in Create Tab and collapsed by default but Primitve Mesh to reduce the scrolling.

This not a mockup, these are working modified UI modules.
