- when there, click on "Membership Management..."
- then "Mass Subscription"
- click on "Invite" and put the mail of the dev you're inviting and accept
- this will send a mail with a message explaining the procedure
- so you save words
- for example now there's a pending mail from olaf
- click on "Tend to pending moderator requests"
