Value input improvement
Issue
Blender gives us ability to input proportional or equal values for xyz in 3D viewport or xy in UV editor. You can do this interactively dragging your mouse or use keyboard input and lock some values.
But in this case, you change one value and you need to math second to input it proportional or equal.
Solution
Almost in every software this option represent with little link button. To keep interface clean I propose to make it "inside".
