Cycles Render

Ideas, suggestions

  • Nodes
    • Emission BSDF:
      Hardcode a "single sided" flag within the node. Right now we're forced to mix and use Backfacing
  • UI
    • Point Light:
      The widget drawn in 3D View should have the possibility to scale accordingly to its size,to check if compenetrates surfaces etc..
    • Viewport Shading:
      Textured Shading should respect textures tiling accordingly to Mapping node. Right now Viewport Shading>Material does this, but complex shaders do not get represented well.
      Having simple textured viewport which respect tilings would be much helpful to check the overall "flat shaded" textured scene.
