Starting work on Teachers Guide

I'm going to start writing the Teacher's Guide today. I'm not sure if I'm going to put it here or on my web page. If I want more comments, it would be better for me to at least put a copy of it here. But I don't like the idea of having an entire book on this wiki (not enough control over design).

So it's still up in the air. Either way I'm going to start writing today, and I'll copy it here or post links to it.
