The page names convention has changed this year, so the old index is not good anymore.

I've put a correct index in Doc:CA/Manual, if you have some time please change the titles and keep the new urls Doc:CA/Manual/xxx in the new index so it's easy for everyone. When you're done please delete old index, which I've left below in that page.
