This template returns a list of pages that are siblings of the page where you have put this template itself.
Supposing to have this hierarchy:

• Foo/Bar/Baz
• Foo/Bar/Qaz
• Foo/Bar/Raz
• Foo/Bar/Taz/aaa
• Foo/Bar/Taz/bbb
• Foo/Bar/Taz/ccc/ddd
• Foo/Bar/Uaz
• Foo/Bar/Waz

When put inside the page "Foo/Bar/Raz" this template will return a list of links to the pages

• Foo/Bar/Baz
• Foo/Bar/Qaz
• Foo/Bar/Taz
• Foo/Bar/Uaz
• Foo/Bar/Waz
