"WCS" work coordinate systems to save location and rotations to work from

It would be very helpful to be able to create and save user defined WCS (work coordinate systems). Each could be named and placed in a list. For example a user could select it from the list and the numpad orientations would work with it in edit mode only.

In this way a user could create a WCS for each hand. They could then easily rotate and change view orientations to edit and place bones relative to the WCS. They could also later return to the exact orientations they had used before. This is a common feature in CAD software and is very helpful in mechanical modeling also.

The WCS are shown large for clarity. WCS-Example.jpg
