Astro

Lately I converted an addon, which shows the stars in the sky at different times and places, which was programmed by keines.

Installation

Easiest way is to extract a zip to */scrips/addons/ (with directory structure)

to get *scripts/addons/Astro containing all the files!

Before you activate the addon remove the default Cube or move it away from the origin.

Have a camera with name Camera, which will be used to render the sky. The camera will be moved to the origin, the center of a sphere, where the stars are positioned.

You may chose one of 98 star-systems and its name will be a text-object and the camera will be rotated to show that text

Environment-Lighting is set on.
