Specific items I'd like to vote up:
- Tool Shelves - A UI improvement recently suggested by Andrew Price, something I wrote about in 2009.
- Nodal Modelling - a la Houdini, you're half way there with the nodal interface for compositing and materials, just connect Modifiers and Selectors.
