Broken Links

The author of this book, James Chronister, was formerly (and may still be, though I don't have specific information one way or another) associated with the Central Dauphin School District in Pennsylvania, USA, and the volume was available for download through the district's website. On 29 June, 2012, however, all links associated with Mr. Chronister, the book, and his courses at CD Schools are broken, and within the past couple of weeks, I note from news reports that 70 faculty members have been let go due to financial considerations. At this writing, I don't know if Mr. Chonister is one of the affected faculty, or whether the broken links are perhaps related to website redesign considerations.

I have a copy of the file containing the book, which according to the license, I can redistribute. or perhaps it could be uploaded and made part of the WIKI, at least for the time being.

Update

On 29 June, 2012, when I tried to access the website hosting James Chronister's book, I found the links broken. Apparently, the website was simply being revised, and I now find that the materials are available at a new site, which I have added to the page.
