Proposal for removal

I think that this page contains elements that could be contained in other pages. Hence this page could be removed.

"Using GDB to debug crashes" could go to Coding Tutorials section and "Change from CVS to Subversion" could go to Current Projects.

This would unclutter the main page and make navigation at the developer part of the site easier.
