This template returns the "section" name, like Manual, Tutorials, and so on.
Examples:
- if put in Doc:FR/Manual/Data_System/Scene_Creation it returns: FR/Manual
- if put in Doc:Manual/Data_System/Scene_Creation it returns: Manual
- if put in Doc:2.5/Manual/Data_System/Scene_Creation it returns: 2.5/Manual
- if put in Doc:FR/2.5/Manual/Data_System/Scene_Creation it returns: FR/2.5/Manual
- if put in Doc:2.4/Books/Essential_Blender/02.The_Blender_Interface it returns: 2.4/Books/Essential_Blender
