Description

The Laplacian Smooth tool allows you to reduce noise in surface of a mesh with minimal shape changes. This is only applicable to triangulated and quad meshes.

Partial Results

In the picture below you can see the partial results of Laplacian smoothing operator (image b) and compare with the old tool, you can see the problems at the boundaries and the way the holes increase in size.

The video shows how the Laplacian smoothing tool can be used to remove noise, or to model objects with the technique called "Smooth Subdivision Surface"
