returns:

Manual (hover on the link to see the tooltip).

Or,

returns:

Manual (tooltip = pagename).

Note You can use only "25", "50", "75", "100" as valid number for {{{1}}}. Otherwise you will get an error. Example: {{link|55|Doc:Manual|Manual}} returns: FIXME:WRONG PERCENTAGE Manual.
