--- IN GENERAL Brecht has been warning against any kind of central control and wants to see things loosened up significantly. I think the following would be fine:

For minor edits (grammar, corrections to comply with style guide) go ahead.

For significant page edits, go ahead, but be sure to subscribe to the page and contact the bfdocboard so we can communicate if there are any issues with your changes.

For major changes (multiple pages, changes to structure or new pages) have the pages reviewed before you submit. (this is where we need to set a timeline like 2 weeks or 1 month max wait time, where if we don't have sufficient manpower to review, the page can be pushed live with notification on the page that it has not been reviewed (please make this page better box) and notification on bf docboard.) We just really have to get away from discouraging wiki writers because their work dosn't get reviewed forever. It remains to be seen if this new surge in wiki team activity will last and our process needs to be robust in case “life happens” to several key people at once.

Messages to other wiki users remind users that they must be logged in to have edit priveleges.

Headers and footers link. In Meta:Guides . Not sure how i found it the first time. Definitely not linked in all places where it should be. Not 100% sure it's still necessary as brecht mentioned it might be automatic now. Can you check with brecht or bastien?
