First Documenter Meeting !
Congratulations ! This page shows what we decided in our first documenter meeting for Blender Wiki in 2012.

Topics of the Meeting:
1 - Team of reviewers, what is needed to become a reviewer.
2 - New approach to construct wiki pages (regarding text quality, focus of the text, image quality and how to highlight specific parts of the images, following guidelines.)
3 - Suggestions and proposals for the infrastructure of the Blenderwiki.
4 - Next date for the meeting and topics for the next meeting
5 - Agenda to develop and review sections, subsections and chapter pages for specific issues.
6 - Team of writers - a new approach to better interaction.
Results of the Meeting (by Topics)
1 - After some explanations about what we expect for a Team of reviewers to put pages in production (publish them), it was decided that the Team of Reviewers will continue being the same. The most active are Greylica and Mont29. For a Reviewer, we need Blender and Wiki specialized persons.
2- Most of the explanations done for this part of the meeting are the same as we have in the Section Writers Guide of the Writer Manual.
3 - Leon_Cheung and Zerng07 asked for a new page under the main Manual for Simplified Chinese; They said that there are some characters that are completely different from the complete set of simbols, and they said that they will find people to maintain the new Section. They will wait for mindrones to come back and verify a possible solution.
4 - We decided that we will have a weekly meeting. The next meeting topics are:
- 1-The work done in this week, to review the Introduction Section of the main Manual, Including its two subsections, it was decided that the user greylica will copy and paste the pages in his userspace and start the reviewing work, so translators could also start their Job when the Section is fully reviewed.
- 2-How to Improve the documentation for Documenters.
5 - It was decided that we will try to setup a worflow and one agenda for the Blender Wiki. We will start reviewing the whole Introduction Section, and see in two weeks what will happen with all of the team focused to improve those pages. Empty pages will be solved Section by Section, Subsection by Subsection, and Chapter by Chapter.
6 - We already have a Team of writers, but they are working sometimes in an all alone mode. It was decided that we will work together when a writer ask for us to review the pages in his Userspace prior to put the page for production (publishing the page).
