Replace Image panel

This panel appears when an image or movie must be loaded as a resource into the current blend file, taking the place of the former image or movie. That is, the image datablock will be associated to a different image or movie file.

The Relative Path tick box will define if the resource path will be stored as relative (checked) or absolute (unchecked).
