Keyframe Handles in Timeline Editor

Current System

Users cannot edit keyframes visually in timeline editor; they must switch to the dope sheet.

Something like the new color ramp handles to move keyframes, but not as extreme as Merging the two Editors

Ease of use/better workflow
Less window clutter/editor switching
More clarity on what those yellow lines actually mean
- Easier to understand for new users
Easy to implement ( ?? )
