1/ Add Tiles Texture Patch to trunk. 2.48

My Apology, this patch is not compatible with many functions of Blender.

2/ PyNodes.

"external scripts shall be registered as PyNodes like menu items are currently"

PyNodes are a cool function, no disagreement there. However to access PyNodes you must use the 'Dynamic' node. Simply this just opens the text editor & everything that is in it. Could a header be added/forced to Py Nodes & the Dynamic Node be set to pick up the PyNodes only. (I will collect nodes & add headers) PyNodes really need to be separated from the text editor & gain higher status.

3/Freeze 2.4 series API & trunk

"the 2.4 series api should be frozen with the exception of major bug fixes."

4/Finalize 2.49

Release 2.49. This release should showcase all that was Blender 2.4 series. At the final stages of development, Blender 2.48a reached some memorable heights. A powerful application that brought Blender to the masses. A Showcase release would appropriate.
