Additional rules for Location and Description

Description: Like a title, should be mostly caps. eg. Simplifies 3D Curves and FCurves not simplifies 3d curves and fcurves

Also 3D should always be capitilized so no '3d' The same way, all Spaces should be capitalized appropriately: eg. Node Editor, View3D, Image Editor, Text Editor, etc.

Location: Should be clear and conform to the rest of the scripts, again mostly caps. Should have '>' between sections The Tool Shelf is typed like I typed it, not toolshelf, or toolbar.

eg. 'Tool Shelf > Search'

not 'It's in the toolbar...'

If it is a panel in the Tool Shelf then the name of the panel should have 'panel' at the end of it. eg. 'Tool Shelf > Simplify Panel'

If the script is run by pressing a key then the location should look like this: Space > Whatever Key or Space > Whatever-AnotherKey for example: View3D > Q Key or View3D > Ctrl-Q (This means that if you are using a combination of keys, you don't have to type Key at the end...)

If the location of the script is a menu in the editor, for example, the Console menu in the Console space, then the location should look like this: Space > Whatever Menu for example Console > Console Menu or View3D > View Menu
