Dev talk:Ref/Release Notes/2.64

I downloaded 2.64 and tried to run it but it won't run. It doesn't even get to the splash screen.

when I try to run it, it gives me a Run Time Error with no additional information.

My 2.63 works perfectly.

I have both Java 2.6 and 3.x installed.

Anyone have ideas what's going on.
