Installation
- This script is in Blender 2.68 Add-Ons menu.
- In User Preferences you can see at the '3D view' tab of Add-Ons menu.
- You can activate the script here.
- The script will now show up in the 'Panning Toggle button' on INFO Header.

Panning Toggle
- This Script panning 3d view port.
Instructions
- Enable the script in the Add-Ons menu.
- Lock at INFO Header. then Panning toggle button will showing.
- After press button. next press MMB. next drag on 3D view. then 3D view port will be panning.
