Installation
Install the addon by opening User Preferences, and choosing "Install from file..." in the Addons tab.
Project Timer should be the only item in the list once added, but if not simply search for it. Check the checkbox on the right to enable it.
How to Use
The time spent working in the blend file is recorded, and stored in the blend to continue from the next time it is opened.
If you stop work for longer than 30 seconds, the timer stops counting and reverts back to the time of your last action, minimizing idle time.
The timer display is refreshed only when moving the mouse over the Info bar, but it will continue to keep track of time in the background without updating the display.
