-Have removed the "What's new ...". Was only about what's new in POV-Ray. If we have a "What's new" it should be about the exporter.

In windows 7 64 bit (at least) non administrative users cannot use this plugin you have to log in under an admin a/c Also particle system does not translate "out of the box" Stalinvlad 08:45, 3 May 2014 (CEST)
