Keyframe Handles in Timeline Editor

Current System

Users cannot edit keyframes visually in timeline editor; they must switch to the dope sheet.

Proposal

Something like the new color ramp handles to move keyframes, but not as extreme as Merging the two Editors

Advantages

• Ease of use/better workflow
• Less window clutter/editor switching
• More clarity on what those yellow lines actually mean
  • Easier to understand for new users
• Easy to implement ( ?? )

Disadvantages

• Partially duplicates Dope Sheet functionality
