BlenderWiki Development

To better the communication between wiki developers in proposing ideas on the wiki itself, this page has been set up to allow all wiki developers who can edit the wiki to propose ideas and communicate if they feel unsure about something. Please just click edit on the appropriate section. If you feel a section needs to be added, go ahead.

Improved layout on Blender Default skin

The Blender default skin is a little hard on the somewhat fragile default listing of pages like Special:Recentchanges, Special:Watchlist and Special:Newpages and makes them all look quite messy when originally single-line paragraphs breaks over multiple lines and it's hard to tell the difference between the previous and the next recent change. --JimmyVolatile 22:44, 18 October 2008 (UTC)

Help System

I think someone really needs to develop the help system. I've started, based on Wikipedia's system, and you can see my progress at User:Rpgsimmaster/Help, but we really need to decide what to have, and whether we have any official documents/policies/guidelines...

We don't need an in depth Wikipedia style introduction for new users, but some sort of help system would be good

FAQ structured like a tree

The root of FAQ contains basic questions. The leaves of it contain more specific questions categorized. These leaves can have leaves (subcategories) of their own of course. link
