Doc talk:2.6/Manual/Rigging/Armatures/Bones
2.4 content (but still valid imho)
All the images in the "Bones Visualization" section show the "axes" icon (r-g-b arrows) on the ROOT of the chain. This should be explained; especially because it does not match with the statement placed below the images:
"Activating Axes checkmark on the Armature/Display panel, will show local axes for each bone's tip. The Y axis is always aligned along the bone, oriented from root to tip. So, this is the "roll" axis of the bones."
An image is needed to explain this important concept visually. In fact, the image titled "An armature of B-Bones, in Edit mode" provides a nice example, but it appears much later on the page; so the reader will not see it when he reads the paragraph. --Raindrops 08:29, 30 May 2013 (CEST)
Although the text mentions five different visualization styles, only four are shown: The Wire visualization is not shown.
Also, the text does not explain which style is most suited for which purpose.
Thirdly, the custom shapes are mentioned, but the text does not explain how to make them!
