Please work on the chapter themselves, no need to prepare sandboxes for later copying. you can easily warn people you are working on a chapter via the {{Working}} template... see Meta/Writer Guide

ALso, try to keep the same chapter subdivision within Part III as long as this does not conflict with common sense!
