Menu: Mesh/etc. → Transform → Shrink/Fatten

Description

Shrink/Fatten displaces vertices along their normals, generally changing the volume of the shape without scaling the entire form.

Alt: Alt key toggles the Even option, which maintains the shape better by adjusting the offset of each vertex.
